Laptop and training provided What you’ll be doing as a Voltex Technical Support Specialist Communicate with care to customers through multiple mediums to ensure great installation outcomes. Support internal teams with product info and training to keep service top-notch. Troubleshoot and problem-solve efficiently using your electrical know-how. Type confidently and communicate with empathy and clarity to turn frustrations into wins. Stay calm under pressure, adapt fast, and juggle tasks like a pro. Requirements Qualified Sparky: Licensed in Australia or NZ. Detail Ninja: Organised and on top of things, from inboxes to client follow-ups. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with IT and quick to research and relay insights to our product team. People Person: You’re warm, confident, and know how to make customers feel heard.
