ATLAS Recruitment are currently looking for/working with a Tier 3 Builder who have a diverse range of projects, who are located in bustling bayside area. With a strong pipeline of Government and Private work this client is looking for a Contract Administrator to provide additional support to their exisiting team. Key Responsibilities: Manage and administer contracts from pre-construction to final completion. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project costs, variations, and progress claims. Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions. Assist with the procurement process and ensure contracts are executed in a timely manner. Prepare and review project reports, budgets, and schedules. To succeed in this role, you will have: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator in the commercial space.
