Your Impact Will Include: Ensuring Compliance & Operational Excellence: Uphold and enforce all Brand, National, State, and Local regulatory standards pertaining to food safety, liquor licensing, occupational health and safety, and employment. Maintain impeccable store standards, aiming for 85% in restaurant audits and 100% in liquor licensing and food safety records. Efficiently manage cash handling and reconciliation systems. Driving Profitability & Growth: Generate and analyze sales records, accurately forecasting future sales to maximize profits. Strategically initiate business improvements, such as local marketing campaigns, adjusted operating hours, and innovative product mixes (soft drinks, sauces, alcoholic beverages) to gain a competitive edge. Develop new menu items, determine competitive pricing based on market conditions and food costs, and implement quality procedures to enhance the customer experience. Building & Developing a High-Performing Team: Recruit, onboard, and comprehensively train new team members on company policies and procedures. Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to maximize individual and team performance. Construct and implement effective staff rosters to optimize service levels and manage wage targets. Ensure all staff employment details, qualifications, and RSAs are current and readily available. Enhancing Customer Satisfaction: Proactively manage customer service levels, focusing on service interaction standards and wait times. Provide timely and appropriate responses to customer concerns raised in person, via social media, or through the website within 24 hours. Strategic Management & Communication: Maintain accurate inventory records and foster strong relationships with suppliers to ensure product quality and optimize stock control. Develop and manage the business budget, prioritizing minimum expenditure and maximum efficiency. Resolve internal operational and security issues promptly. Review and update business processes and procedures as needed. Craft professional and meaningful external communications, ensuring all emails are replied to within one business day and emergency requests are addressed immediately. Reporting & continuous Improvement: Prepare comprehensive operational, financial, customer service, and employee performance reports for the business owner. Provide insightful advice and initiate developments to continuously improve business performance. Promoting the Brand: Actively promote the business locally through various platforms, including cross-promotions and publishing partnerships.
