YOUR NEW ROLE As a Zeder Internal Sales Officer, you will be at the forefront of our trade customer base and therefore pivotal in establishing our brand’s presence and ensuring top-notch service over the phone and email. We’re looking for someone who’s automotive-obsessed, people-focused, and ready to deliver standout customer experiences every day – over phone and email, with confidence and energy. Your day-to-day will include: Chatting with trade customers over the phone and via email, providing solutions, recommendations and advice within our office environment Preparing sales quotations and subsequent follow-ups Processing orders Delivering excellent customer service Joining us at annual 4WD or automotive shows (and having a blast!) This role also offers: $1,500 sign-on bonus – paid over your first 6 months; Staff discounts on parts, gear, and services; Monday to Friday only – your weekends are yours again!
