Youll lead a team of service specialists and a KYC/AML team in a high-energy fintech environment, ensuring every customer interaction is swift, friendly and fully compliant with KYC/AML requirements. What you'll need to succeed 5 years in a customer service leadership role Demonstrated ability to lead teams within contact centres, delivering empathy-driven, solution-focused support. Proficiency in managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment. Extensive experience with KYC tools and systems. Proven track record in a fast-paced Financial Services environment. Strong leadership skills to oversee customer service specialists in a high-energy fintech setting, ensuring compliance with KYC/AML regulations. Expertise in overseeing customer onboarding and monitoring processes, managing a team of analysts, and collaborating with compliance, legal, and operations departments.
