Title:- Network Engineer Location:- Sydney CBD, full time in the office Length:- End of September Contract Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our talented team for a short-term migration project This is a hands-on role where you will be instrumental in migrating and deploying systems into our environment You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of systems with a focus on compliance security and scalability This is an excellent opportunity to work across a variety of technologies while supporting a high-impact project that delivers real value Key Responsibilities • Extensive experience with Palo Alto firewalls • In-depth knowledge of Aruba HP switches • Experience with Aruba Central and ClearPass • Proficient in SolarWinds monitoring tools • Experience with Azure technologies • Proven history of working on IT integration projects with regular communication to the project manager including the ability to flag risks or delays • Capable of configuring and maintaining IP routing across large enterprise environments • Able to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines within a project • Collaborate with development teams to integrate applications into cloud services • Monitor performance troubleshoot issues and ensure high availability • Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices • Assess current technologies and provide recommendations for improvement • Work closely with other engineers to ensure smooth operation of supported applications • Deliver services in alignment with Colliers values • Maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation • Liaise with external consultants when required Core Competencies and Role Requirements • Networking certification or relevant industry experience – Essential • Minimum of five years of experience in a Network Engineer role – Essential • Strong written and verbal communication skills – Essential • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills – Essential • Demonstrated ability to configure and troubleshoot LAN WAN and WLAN network issues – Essential • Strong time management and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively – Essential • Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team – Essential • Experience with configuring and troubleshooting authentication technologies – Desirable If you would like more information, please contact Sarah Brown [email protected]
