Customer Service Officer — Macquarie Park, Ryde Area

MAYDAY is currently looking for a switched on Customer Service Officer who is driven and eager to join our large global organisation to work in their fast-paced and engaging contact centre team. The role overview: Location, Based in Macquarie Park with excellent Metro connection Working hours, Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm. Pay, $33.96 per hour plus super base rates with penalties paid for after-hours shifts. Training, You will have in-depth structured training, which will be conducted in the office. Previous phone-based customer service/call centre experience. Previous contact centre experience is highly desirable.
