We're looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join a dynamic team in Sydney, supporting import operations across sea and air freight. In this role, youll mentor and guide a team of customer service representatives, drive consistency in processes, and help deliver exceptional service to a growing client base. Youll work closely with the Customer Service Manager to develop training programs, improve data integrity, and ensure KPIs are met, all while contributing to a supportive and collaborative team culture.
