Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Representative to support their B2B sales operations within the industrial instrumentation sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of flow, pressure, and level measurement applications and will play a key role in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and generating quotations and invoices. Description Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound B2B sales inquiries via phone and email Process orders, prepare quotations, and issue invoices accurately using SAP Provide technical support and guidance related to flow, pressure, and level instrumentation Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Liaise with technical, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and contribute to sales forecasting Support external sales teams with pricing, product availability, and documentation Profile Your Profile Requirements: Experience in internal sales, sales support, or customer service (B2B preferred) Working knowledge of flow, pressure, and level industrial instrumentation applications Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Preferred Qualifications: Background in instrumentation, automation, or industrial engineering Technical diploma or equivalent experience in a related field Job Offer What We Offer: At Adecco, we recognise that our employees are our most valuable asset.
