Assume responsibility for Sales Account Management and Sales performance for building and construction work across Melbourne. Your clients will include both Government and Tier 1 & 2 Builders plus Formwork package Companies in civil infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and residential high rise projects. Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: Driving profitable business growth through existing and new clients Maximise sales, margins with Tier 1 & 2 Builders, Govt & Formwork Co’s Developing pricing strategies and quotations for project tendering Coordinating all functions of the company to fulfil supply requirements Liaising with Sales Team & Service Centres to maximise sales to customers & projects Liaising across Sales, Schedulers, Services Centres, Production & Despatch Your Skills & Attributes Ideally you’ll have developed your career in Construction within the steel or concrete industries. With solid relationships with Tier 1 and 2 Builders, Government and Formwork Co's, you’ll be able to demonstrate most of the following: Exp. in steel building products (or concrete or formwork) Highly developed relationship, business development & sales skills Strong networks with Tier 1 & 1 Builders, Govt & Formwork Co’s Strong Customer service, negotiation & closing skills Skilled in developing proposals and delivering presentations Ability to conduct research and target new markets & opportunities Knowledge of MS Office tools & technologies What’s on Offer This is a rare opportunity to join a growth business and define your future career.
