Customer Care Consultant - Darwin We are recruiting for a Customer Care Consultant with a large national company. This role is initially a fulltime ongoing casual position with a large well respected trade warehouse with a view to being permanent. We are seeking dynamic people with strong work ethics and a focus on safety in the workplace. Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to: Assist with general customer queries (via phone and email) Action any administrative tasks related to the Customer Care role Strive for first contact resolution and deliver on relevant service level objectives Expedite orders to ensure delivery expectations are met and KPI's are achieved. Follow the agreed process and interrogate each line to maximise delivery opportunities.
