Here’s What You’ll Be Doing: Calling inbound leads and engaging with potential clients to understand their needs. Qualifying leads based on structured criteria before referring them to senior consultants. Using Gmail, Google Calendar, and internal systems to manage enquiries and appointments. Entering client information into CRM platforms with accuracy and attention to detail. Representing the brand with warmth, professionalism, and confidence. Supporting a high-performing, tight-knit team with a shared passion for results. What You’ll Bring to the Role: A warm and professional phone manner that puts people at ease and builds rapport quickly. Experience in inbound customer service, preferably in financial services or property. Strong CRM and Gmail/calendar management skills.
