About the Role As the College Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face and voice of Mary MacKillop Catholic Regional College. This key position supports the daily operations of the school by managing reception duties, coordinating communications, and providing high-quality administrative assistance across the College. The role requires professionalism, warmth, strong organisational skills, and a genuine passion for supporting a vibrant school community. The role is permanent full-time, Monday β Friday 8.20am β 4.26pm. Itβs based exclusively on-site, with a full-time salary range of $58,353 - $74,731, dependant on candidate skills and experience. Duties and Responsibilities Greet and assist all visitors, parents, and contractors in a professional and welcoming manner Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk enquiries efficiently Provide day-to-day administrative support including mail distribution, bookings, and document preparation Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception environment Process student attendance Support College events and presentations with coordination and materials preparation Manage invoice matching, data entry, and facility bookings in line with College procedures Skills and Experience Proven administrative skills with a strong ability to manage front desk operations in a professional and efficient manner Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism in all written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and confidence working with databases, emails, and digital filing systems Previous experience in a school or customer service environment is highly desirable A current Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) Current First Aid Certificate Benefits Generous remuneration package available, subject to candidate skillset Highly collaborate and supportive team environment Opportunities for professional development and growth within a supportive school environment How to apply?
