Known for delivering reliable service and a wide range of products to locals and travelers alike, the business is currently seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead the team and oversee daily store operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise daily store operations ensuring smooth and efficient service Lead, train, and motivate staff to meet performance and customer service standards Oversee stock control, inventory ordering, merchandising, and wastage reduction Analyse sales data and implement strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets Handle customer complaints and ensure an exceptional retail experience Maintain records of financial transactions, staff rosters, and inventory Ensure workplace health and safety compliance and adherence to store policies Coordinate promotional activities and in-store visual displays Minimum Requirements: A relevant AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma (or equivalent overseas qualification) At least 2-3 years of work experience in a similar retail managerial role Skills Required: Retail operations and financial management Staff supervision and conflict resolution Inventory and merchandising control Communication and time management Customer relationship and service excellence Application Process: To apply, please send your resume to [email protected].
