Full time role working in a brand-new office in North Sydney Work with a professional and friendly team Will suit someone with experience working on reception in a corporate office We are seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to support the daily operations of a busy construction office. This is a key front-of-house role suited to someone who takes pride in being organised, approachable, and proactive. About the Role: As the first point of contact for clients, contractors, and visitors, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and professional front desk experience. Your main duties will include: Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team members Greeting and assisting visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner Managing staff diaries and booking appointments, including site meetings and internal catch-ups Coordinating meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are set up and ready for use Providing general administrative support to the wider office as needed What You’ll Bring: Previous experience in a receptionist or admin support role (construction or related industry a plus) Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner High level of organisation and attention to detail Confidence in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel A team-focused attitude and willingness to help wherever needed What We Offer: A supportive team environment in a well-established construction business Exposure to a fast-paced industry with room for growth Competitive salary and conditions Convenient location and modern office facilities Mid July start Salary of between $65K – $75K If you feel you meet the above criteria, please apply for the role below.
