You'll monitor systems, dispatch service calls, and support emergency response. ️ What You'll Do Answer and dispatch customer calls Monitor elevator faults (REM system) and coordinate service Enter service data into internal systems (SMS) Generate and send daily reports Support emergency situations (e.g., customer trapped in lift) Process credit card payments Conduct customer surveys Ensure compliance with safety procedures Work closely with service teams & management What You Need 2 years' experience in a customer service or call centre role Strong phone and data entry skills Confident using computer systems Calm under pressure, good at multitasking School Certificate or equivalent Shift Lead experience? You may support escalations & lead tasks during your shift. Full training provided - great experience for your CV! This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading
