We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager to cover an 8-week leave period . This temporary role is ideal for someone confident in leading a warehouse team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all warehouse functions including receiving, dispatch, and inventory control Lead and support a small warehouse team to maintain operational flow Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies Liaise with transport providers, suppliers, and internal teams Maintain accuracy in stock records and workflow reporting Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and running efficiently during the cover period What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills Forklift licence (preferred) Ability to step in confidently and keep things running smoothly Available to start immediately and commit to the full 8-week period What’s on Offer: 8-week contract to cover leave in a stable, well-run warehouse Competitive hourly rate Great team and environment Opportunity to showcase your leadership in a short-term assignment
