Our client is an are urgently seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to support them with a temporary assignment for approximately 2 months with possibility of extension. Working Hours: Full-time (Monday - Friday) 8am - 4:30pm Start: ASAP (mid week start this week) Location: Fremantle Pay Rate: $38ph - $40ph depending on experience Length: Approx: 2months with the potential to extend The Role This role will provide critical administrative support to the companies Depot Operations team. Based in Fremantle, with responsibilities extending to regional locations including Geraldton, Albany, and Esperance. Responsibilities will include: Provide administrative support to Depot Operations, including regional site activities. Manage customer invoicing and reporting Ensure compliance with purchasing processes via Oracle and FleetManager systems. Monitor, manage, and track all site vehicle and equipment registrations and maintenance schedules. Coordinate payments and related transactions through Accounts Payable. Maintain accurate records and documentation across all administrative activities. Support day-to-day operations and liaise with internal departments to facilitate smooth business processes. Raising, Expediting and closure of P/O's. Other duties as required. Experience Required Due to location and access of the site, the successful candidate must have a drivers license and access to a car. Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within the transport or logistics industry. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with accounting systems such as Oracle or equivalent would be beneficial but not mandatory Ability to pickup and learn new systems efficiently Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exposure to fleet maintenance management systems will be highly regarded.
