Customer Service Officer — Regents Park, Auburn Area

ABOUT THE ROLE Our client, a global leader in sealing solutions, is seeking a Customer Service & Technical Support Officer to join their Sydney team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients and supporting a field-based team. Your responsibilities will include: Responding to customer enquiries and providing technical support Preparing and following up on quotes and tenders Coordinating with the external team to ensure seamless service delivery Maintaining accurate records and documentation Building and nurturing strong client relationships This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your technical knowledge and customer service skills will be highly valued. About You You are a proactive and detail-oriented individual who enjoys solving problems and supporting others. You bring: Product knowledge in gaskets, pumps, valves, and seals Experience in customer service or internal support roles Understanding of Incoterms and payment terms Familiarity with manufacturing environments Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to read basic engineering drawings Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint BE REWARDED with an excellent Base Superannuation.
