About the role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team at JS Electrical Services Pty Ltd in Wangara, WA. As a full-time Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of electrical installation for our residential and commercial clients. What you'll be doing Conducting electrical inspections and testing to identify and rectify faults Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and components Interpreting electrical drawings and schematics to complete work to specification Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards Providing excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to address client needs Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all work undertaken Contributing to the continuous improvement of our electrical services A Typical Day Meet at the office between 6 and 6:30am for a quick check-in and some laughs with the team Review your schedule and head out with an apprentice in one of our company vehicles What we're looking for Relevant trade qualifications and licensing as an Electrician (Electrical Licence, Construction White Card, Open Cabling Licence with structured cabling endorsement, Cert II in Split System Air Conditioning (preferred)) Minimum 3 years experience as a qualified Electrician, preferably in a similar role Demonstrated knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and safety standards (AS/NZS 3000:2018) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve electrical issues Excellent communication and customer service skills A commitment to working safely and a proactive approach to risk management A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation What we offer At JS Electrical Services, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that empowers our team to thrive.
