Position : Customer Service Representative Start : 02 May 2025 Likely Duration : 45 weeks Salary : $36.11 p/h (including casual loading) plus super Location : Casino, NSW Overview This role requires working within a high volume, high pressure and constantly evolving contact centre environment. You will be responsible for delivering services that provide timely, accurate and efficient information and assistance to customers, ensuring high levels of customer service delivery and a quality customer experience. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities: Create a positive relationship in all customer interactions, maintaining a professional and friendly manner and ensuring customer satisfaction as a priority. Utilise knowledge of information resources and operating practices to resolve and record customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues. Successfully complete activities as required to support the provision of service delivery and comply with privacy requirements and legislative obligations ensuring confidentiality, privacy and integrity of information is not compromised. Effectively resolve complex enquiries and complaints through utilisation of multiple digital data storage systems. Professionally resolve challenging enquiries and complaints from customers whilst adhering to business compliance requirements. Ensure consistent application of policies, guidelines, procedures and legislation. Desirable Criteria 2 - 3 years customer service experience (call centre, admin, retail). Previous Government Services experience is desired, but not essential. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Clear communication style with great customer service skills.
