The successful applicant will join an established team of experts devoted to providing exceptional customer service by providing the most up to date information and actions. The Position Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to: Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via email and telephone, providing accurate information and support Deliver timely and effective service, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained across all touchpoints Accurately document customer interactions, preferences, order history, and support issues using the company's ERP system Provide clear and consistent communication regarding order statuses, lead times, delivery schedules, and maintenance jobs Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts, fostering strong relationships and providing solutions to enhance customer experience Investigate and resolve discrepancies including order errors, shipment issues, billing inaccuracies, and changes in maintenance schedules The Candidate To be successful in this role, you will bring proven experience from a manufacturing or distribution environment in a customer service or account management capacity. You understand the critical importance of delivering outstanding service and building strong customer relationships. Demonstrated experience in a similar customer-facing role within the manufacturing or distribution industry Proficient in the use of ERP systems for managing customer data, processing orders, and generating reports Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve order discrepancies, technical issues, and service-related concerns by collaborating effectively with internal teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring professionalism and clarity in interactions with customers, technicians, and key stakeholders This position is a permanent, full-time role based in the office, with working hours from Monday to Friday.
