Customer Service Officer Inbound calling Our client is a leading marketer of LPG gas and is currently seeking an experienced Customer service officer to join their contact centre team in the Melbourne head office, location Mulgrave. You will be mainly responsible for Handling calls from customers /clients. You will be required to work in a time-bound environment and ensure that customer service is provided to its best quality. Responsibilities: Handle up to 100/120 calls per day from customers and clients. Identify the needs of customers, provide quotes, answer Follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity and success. Maintain good customer relations, build strong long-lasting relationships. Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets (KPI's). Maintain records of the conversations with the customers. Handle customer objections with confidence and sound solutions. Requirements: Must be a Team player. Strong multitasking skills, time management and target achieving skills. Intermediate computing skills with average 50-60 words per minute. Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre role. Customer oriented attitude with professionalism. Excellent communication and listening skills, ability to build rapport rapidly. Work Hours/ Attire: Current shifts operating Monday - Friday 08:30 - 4:30pm. Casual Business Attire.
