About The Opportunity This is a unique opportunity for a progressive, dynamic and hard-working Contract Administrator to join the team! Responsibilities Lead end-to-end contract management to ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations. Lead negotiations with stakeholders to secure favorable terms, balancing cost efficiency with risk mitigation. Track and report on contract performance, and ensure compliance with contractual agreement and reporting on any variations. Identify potential risks in contract performance and formulate targeted response plans to mitigate impacts. Resolve any existing contract conflicts, reporting status of current processes to management. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance. Maintain organized records of contract amendments, communications, and approvals to guarantee accuracy and accessibility. Desirable skills: At least 3 consecutive years of practical contract management experience in recent years. Proficient in Microsoft Office and professional contract management software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate the management of multiple project contracts simultaneously.
