We are looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent opportunity to promote and develop your personal skills. This position will involve duties including but not limited to: Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information across multiple departments. Organise and schedule project meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and correspondence. Identify the possible risks encountered in the project and formulate corresponding risk countermeasures. Monitor project budgets and expenditures, and report variances to management. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements. Organize project acceptance work, carry out comprehensive evaluation, summarize lessons learned, and accumulate experience for new projects. Qualifications and Skills: A minimum of 3 years’ working experience in a similar role Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks Proficient with computers and in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
