We are seeking a Retail Manager with a passion for food and team leadership to join our growing Oporto operations in Western Australia. Job-type: Full-time Location: Butler, WA Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (depending upon skills and experience) The key responsibilities of the role will include, but will not be limited to: Oversee and coordinate day-to-day store operations ensuring smooth service flow and compliance with brand standards. Develop and execute local promotional campaigns in collaboration with the Oporto marketing team to drive local engagement and revenue to determine the product mix. Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control. Monitor product quality and store presentation to align with Oporto’s commitment to fresh and flavourful meals. Formulate pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities and determining additional needed state promotion Plan in store promotional displays and decide on pricing to execute specials as per demand on weekly and monthly basis. Analyse sales trends and customer preferences to adjust menu focus, upselling techniques, and staffing levels. Handle rostering, shift planning, and employee supervision to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours. Enforce health and safety standards for compliance and safety. Handle financial tasks, such as budgets, sales targets, and cash management of the restaurant. Act as a key point of contact for customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly to maintain loyalty and satisfaction. Lead, train and motivate team members to ensure high service standards. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a related or relevant field. Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Hospitality, Management or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, extensive experience can substitute the requirement of qualification. Experience in front-of-house service, customer engagement, staff supervision, and shift coordination within the fast-food industry. At least one year of Australian proven experience in a supervisory/management role.
