The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support the delivery of multiple school projects across Sydney. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and Site Teams to ensure quality, safety, and program targets are met—while contributing to the creation of inspiring learning environments for future generations. Previous experience in education projects is desirable but not essential. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination: Assist with subcontractor management and project execution to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Design & Technical Input: Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve design issues and provide technical support throughout the build. Program & Documentation: Help maintain project schedules and documentation to support smooth delivery. On-Site Support: Contribute to cost control, quality assurance, and environmental compliance. Health & Safety: Promote and uphold safety standards across all project activities. What We’re Looking For Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction or engineering Experience on large-scale or complex construction projects (education sector experience a plus) Strong technical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate design processes Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Ready to Build Something That Matters?
