We are currently seeking a qualified and driven Engineering Technologist to join our team and contribute to the optimisation and management of complex building systems and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement engineering solutions for building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct detailed analysis and troubleshooting of engineering systems to identify and resolve technical issues, improving overall system performance and reliability. Oversee engineering projects from conception through completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with contractors and other stakeholders. Ensure all engineering activities adhere to relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations. Implement measures to maintain a safe working environment and mitigate risks. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of engineering processes, system designs, and modifications. Provide regular reports on project progress and system performance. Work closely with other engineering professionals, property managers, and maintenance staff to achieve optimal results and address any system-related concerns. Stay current with advancements in engineering technology and best practices. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness. Required Skills and Qualifications: A Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering Strong technical and analytical skills Experience working on building services or similar infrastructure projects preferred Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Understanding of compliance requirements and safety standards Salary: From $80,000 to $90,000 per annum (exclusive superannuation).
