Job Description The Company: A fast-growing Managed Service Provider in Perth that provides comprehensive IT solutions and support to a diverse client base, focused on innovation, client satisfaction, and delivering high-quality IT services, offers a dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunities for professional development. The Role: Provide advanced Level 3 technical support and consulting services to MSP clients. Design, implement, and manage complex IT solutions, including infrastructure and systems. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues related to servers, networks, and cloud environments. Act as a technical escalation point for Level 1 and 2 support teams. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Participate in IT projects, including system deployments, migrations, and upgrades. Skills: Extensive experience (5 years) in an MSP environment. Proven expertise in one or more of the following technologies: Microsoft Intune Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) VMware virtualization Hyper-V virtualization Networking (firewalls, routing, switching, Wi-Fi) Microsoft 365 Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems administration. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and client-facing skills (a must). Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Professional) are a plus. Responsibilities: Provide advanced technical support and consulting to MSP clients, both remotely and on-site. Design, implement, and configure IT solutions based on client requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical incidents and problems. Manage and maintain servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud environments. Perform system upgrades, migrations, and deployments. Develop and maintain technical documentation. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff.
