You are highly skilled in object-oriented programming but are looking for a role where you can interact with clients and have more of an impact on business outcomes. Although you might not have experience working as part of a sales team, you have more to offer beyond writing code. You have a demonstrated drive for results and thrive as part of a collaborative team. What You've Accomplished: You are a technical expert who enjoys solving complex problems and has extensive experience building enterprise applications. You have strong skills in object-oriented programming but are looking for a role with greater client interaction and business impact. You thrive in collaborative environments, demonstrate a drive for results, and can explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. You bring at least 8 years of experience in analysis, design, development, and deployment of enterprise application systems. Your technical expertise includes proficiency in JAVA, J2EE and/or .NET technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, database design, SQL, XML, and integration technologies. You understand complex data relationships and rules-based systems, and you have experience leading small development teams. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, preferably in computer science. Experience with CRM, BPM, Business Rules Engines, or Analytics technologies is advantageous, as is experience with application servers and Linux.
