The team The People, Transformation & Technology Group drives transformational change at ASIC through investments in people, processes, and technology. It integrates digital, data, and technology teams, supported by the enterprise program office, while maintaining core technology environments. The group includes Registry Interactions Services, Modernising Business Registers, and the Information Technology team, which leads ASIC's transformation agenda and technology platforms. The role The DevSecOps Engineer ensures security and operations across on-premise, AWS, and Azure environments by building secure CI/CD pipelines, automating security enforcement, and implementing shift-left security practices. Responsibilities include hardening cloud and hybrid infrastructures, securing IaC repositories, enforcing policy-as-code, integrating security monitoring, supporting incident response, audits, and compliance, and developing secure coding standards and guides. About you Your application will be reviewed based on ability to demonstrate, or potential to develop, the capabilities required. Ideally you will have a good foundation in the following areas: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 0-2 years of experience working with AWS or Azure services. * Foundational knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud services. * Experience with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. * Basic knowledge of networking, security, and database management. * AWS or Azure certification is a plus.
