As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable digital products. Reporting to the Quality Engineering Lead, you will work closely with product, platform, and test automation teams to design and implement robust testing strategies and automation solutions The ideal candidate will be passionate about embedding quality at every step of the development process who enjoys problem-solving and building effective partnerships Key Responsibilities Champion quality-first, test automation-first practices across the SDLC Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and automated solutions Support CI/CD and continuous testing practices Lead user acceptance testing and support full lifecycle quality Coach and mentor team members on quality engineering best practices Promote security testing and defect resolution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with business goals About You Relevant IT or computer science qualifications (ISTQB certification desirable) Strong manual and automated testing experience in agile environments Proficiency with test automation tools (Playwright, Karate API), test management (JIRA), and CI/CD integration (e.g., GitHub, AWS) Solid knowledge of testing methodologies including TDD/BDD Familiarity with APIs (Karate API, REST, SOAP), microservices, and infrastructure-as-code A bit about us: Working in a collaborative team environment within a supportive and engaged organisation, you’ll enjoy a hybrid work model, access to personalised learning and development opportunities and the holistic support of our health and wellbeing program.
