The Role Represent Prime Stockfeed products to customers to achieve sales targets by building strong relationships with customers, providing expert nutritional advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the growth and profitability of the business. This is a permanent position with working hours from 8AM to 4:30PM. Assist internal departments by Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, track relevant consumption data, and ensure all sales information is properly entered into the designated inventory management system. Provide expert advice on animal nutrition and the selection of appropriate feed products. Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients to increase metric tonnes sold, sales margin, and market share. Prepare and present proposal for management on how to generate leads and acquire identified targets. Report on customer call plans, customer feed requirements, and provide regular progress reports on performance. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Work closely with the Operations Administrator, Office Manager and Team Leaders to ensure production scheduling is set in advance and any changes communicated to all parties Success Factors Minimum 3 years in a customer service–focused role Effective time management and multitasking ability Proven teamwork and autonomy with accountability Skilled in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution Detail-oriented with problem-solving and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn new technologies and processes Compliance with safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) standards Proficient use of computer systems and software applications Experience working for an agricultural company would be desirable Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in stockfeed sales/nutrition You must have the right to live and work in Australia to be considered for this role.
