ABOUT THE ROLE Upbeat, hardworking, and results-driven, our Sales Associates are the front-line business drivers in Peloton's stores. They exhibit a keen knowledge and passion of our product, services, and company. Above all, our Sales Associates are strong communicators who are able to understand the needs of their clients, build long-lasting relationships with these clients and build a solid network for sales. Fixed-term contract: 26th May - 29th June Hours: 28 hours per week YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON ● Focus on achieving and exceeding individual sales goals ● Maximize sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and merchandise presentation ● Engage new members and communities through proactive initiatives, that generates interest for Peloton’s products ● Utilise Salesforce, phone, email and other out-reach tools to build relationships with new/existing members ● Build credibility with members and the community through demonstrating deep knowledge and understanding of Peloton's products and brand image ● Phone and email outreach to both established and prospective clients to communicate updates, events, and follow-up ● Provide outstanding customer service at all times ● Work professionally with fellow sales specialists in a team environment YOU BRING TO PELOTON ● Prior sales experience - preferably in a fast paced and changing environment ● Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to exceed sales goals ● A passion and interest for the Wellness and Fitness industry ● Enthusiastic, energetic, and personable demeanour ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Must be able to work weekends, and holidays LI-Hybrid LI-MS2
