Ongoing development and supportive work environment Be part of our rapidly growing team at Krema Position Overview We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Customer Care Co-Ordinator to support our sales team and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for our clients. In this role, you will play a critical part in the sales cycle by providing administrative and operational support while serving as a key liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments. Your ability to combine organisation with empathy and responsiveness will directly enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities : Serve as a first point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring prompt, professional, and solution-oriented responses. Support the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up with customers throughout the sales cycle. Manage and update customer accounts and sales records in our systems to ensure data accuracy and continuity. Proactively monitor open orders and pending requests, keeping customers informed and updated. Assist in resolving customer issues in collaboration with sales, operations, and customer service teams. Prepare reports and track key performance metrics related to sales and customer satisfaction. Contribute to customer success initiatives and help identify areas for process improvement to enhance the client experience. Required Qualifications & Skills : Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related administrative support role. Strong interpersonal skills with a natural customer-first mindset. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications : Knowledge of ERP or customer care software is a plus.
