Providing professional gardening services, including garden maintenance, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and clean-ups, they aim to meet the unique needs of residential and commercial properties across Perth. Their mission is to make garden care efficient, sustainable, and stress-free, using eco-friendly practices and promoting water-wise gardening. They aim to help clients maintain beautiful, thriving gardens that enhance both their properties and the local environment. About the role This newly established Area Team Leader position offers an opportunity to take the next step in developing your leadership and business development skills. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a small gardening team, ensuring consistent delivery of service within your zone of suburbs between Stirling to Bullsbrook. The role suits someone who is confident managing field-based teams, thrives on solving operational challenges, and has a solid understanding of gardening services. A formal qualification in horticulture or similar is highly regarded, though a strong interest and practical knowledge will also be considered. Operating from a home base, you will travel regularly to client sites and team locations. This is a 38-hour week position, and you will be working between 7.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday and 7.30am - 12.00pm Saturday. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of gardening staff Coordinate rosters, job scheduling, invoicing, and timesheet management Manage client communications, quoting, and local area marketing Recruit, induct, and train new team members and monitor performance Oversee vehicle and equipment upkeep, financial tracking, and reporting Support client satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and follow-up To be considered, you will have Experience in supervising small teams, ideally in a field-based or multi-site locations A practical knowledge of gardening or landscaping; qualifications in horticulture are highly regarded Reside within the zone between Stirling to Bullsbrook (or close surrounds) Strong organisational and communication skills A proactive and hands-on approach to leadership The ability to build relationships and manage operational requirements across multiple locations How to apply Submit your CV outlining your experience and suitability for the role.
