Roles & Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage complex IT systems to meet client needs. Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot issues across various IT environments. Oversee the deployment and configuration of network infrastructure and systems. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver efficient IT solutions. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams and configurations. Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and recommend system improvements. Role Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar technical role, with hands-on experience managing complex IT systems. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to lead multiple projects and priorities, ensuring efficient and reliable service delivery. Proven ability to lead and mentor junior technical staff, promoting a collaborative work culture.
