Position: Service Desk Engineer Location: Perth, NOR Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 Job Type: Permanent Position Overview: OUI Recruitment is currently searching for a talented and motivated Service Desk Engineer to join a leading Managed Services Provider. Key Responsibilities: Provide L1 support to clients, via phone, email, and in person. Configure and troubleshoot network issues (escalate when necessary). Provide network support for WAN / WAL connectivity issues. Maintain accurate and clear documentation. Build exceptional relationships with customers and offer technical suggestions and insights. Role Requirements: 12 months’ experience in a similar role (ideally MSP or ISP). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience with M365 & MS Exchange. Experience with Active Directory & Group Policy. Experience with Virtualization. Experience with VOIP System (3CX & 8x8). Experience with Hardware (setup, configuration, audit).
