Assist in the ongoing management of cloud environments, particularly Azure and M365. Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows Servers. Support network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls, across multiple client environments. Provide advanced Level 2/3 technical support, focusing on resolving complex issues for clients in a timely manner. Work extensively with Wintel technologies, leveraging your certification and hands-on experience. Collaborate with clients on technical projects, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of solutions. Manage and troubleshoot Windows Servers, including virtualised environments (Hyper-V, VMware). Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the team. Role Requirements: 5 years experience working in a similar role. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Technical Requirements: Certifications: Microsoft 365, Azure, Networking certifications (highly regarded). Proficiency with M365 technologies (SharePoint, Intune, OneDrive, Exchange Online). Experience with Windows Servers (2008-2022), including virtualised environments (VMware, Hyper-V). Good understanding of networking, including routing, switching, and firewalls. Hands-on experience with Azure and M365, including tenant management and migrations. Familiarity with MSP tools such as ConnectWise, with the ability to manage and optimise these systems.
