Job Description The NT Sales Team Lead will be accountable for the delivery of all aspects of the of the NT fuels strategy including the delivery of growth in targeted segments. The NT Sales Team Leader is responsible for: Leading of an established, geographically diverse sales team Building of strong customer relationships with existing customers Delivering a growth sales pipeline Leading collaboration with operational teams to maximise joint value generation for the business The NT Sales Team Leads success will be achieved through a combination of excellent people leadership skills and the application of a proven commercial acumen. Day to Day Role Responsibilities Lead the Sales team through the development of a clear strategy and ongoing support to delivery Manage the teams sales pipeline and customer lifecycle to retain and facilitate growth Grow market share by leveraging existing customer base by sourcing to identify new opportunities within the Wholesale Fuel Business products and services. Development and negotiation of fuels and equipment contracts Support the team to Manage customer debtors and credit limits in line with the prescribed framework. Be available to travel with notice both locally and interstate when required either by car or plane.
