About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a highly skilled engineer with expertise who can provide technical leadership and support for structural projects. Key Responsibilities: Structural Design & Analysis Lead structural design for offshore and onshore oil & gas facilities, including platforms, modules, and subsea structures. Carry out detailed analysis ensuring designs align with relevant codes (API, ISO, DNV) and project requirements. Project Execution & Oversight Manage structural engineering tasks across all project phases, from concept development to detailed design and construction. Review and approve drawings, reports, and calculations prepared by team members. Technical Expertise & Assurance Provide guidance on structural integrity, load assessments, and modifications to existing infrastructure. Ensure all deliverables meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Collaboration & Coordination Liaise with clients, vendors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery. Attend and contribute to design reviews, risk assessments, and technical meetings. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Offshore Engineering (or related field). 8 years of experience in Structural Engineering in oil and gas. Proficiency in SACS Simulation Experienced in Modelling and Analysis Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. This role is Perth base, candidates must have full working rights in Australia.
