The Sales Development Partner plays a key role in connecting people to Northcott services that can support them to achieve their goals. The role works collaboratively with local service teams to grow awareness and reputation for Northcott in the local community. By understanding the needs of the community for which they are responsible, the Sales Development Partner will generate demand for Northcott services and support new customers through the enquiry and sign up process. The role is business focussed, looking for opportunities to sell Northcott’s services across the region and maintaining a consistent, structured and efficient approach to achieving and exceeding targets, whilst ensuring that customers are properly engaged and supported to live the life they choose. I possess in-depth knowledge of the disability sector, NDIS, and disability housing, and I am always eager to expand my expertise. Typical duties might include: Sign new customers efficiently by managing new leads from the Enquiries team and collaborating with Service Coordinators and Service Support Partners, leading to timely and seamless customer onboarding and increased customer acquisition. Enhance customer satisfaction and service expansion by identifying and addressing unmet service needs within existing customers, resulting in greater customer retention and higher service uptake. Establish a strong regional market presence by building and maintaining a relevant network of relationships, contributing to increased brand recognition, more customer referrals, and expanded business opportunities. Drive regional growth and demand generation by contributing to a Sales Plan that increases Northcott’s visibility and directly leads to an increase in service demand and lead generation in the region. Increase customer engagement and leads by coordinating Northcott’s presence at expos and networking events, leading to new customer connections, expanded referral networks, and heightened brand awareness. Generate new business leads by establishing and nurturing local partnerships that raise awareness of Northcott, resulting in a steady flow of new prospects and leads for services. Create a continuous stream of referrals by developing and executing a targeted outreach strategy to referrers (cold-calling, email, LinkedIn), resulting in increased referral sources and new business opportunities. Deliver comprehensive customer support by building an in-depth understanding of Northcott’s services, NDIS funding, and support needs, leading to more informed customer interactions and higher conversion rates. Maximize sales impact by collaborating with internal teams to create and implement targeted sales campaigns, resulting in more successful lead generation, stronger referrer networks, and higher sales conversion. Meet or exceed business development targets by providing accurate and timely reporting, ensuring continuous alignment with key performance metrics, and driving overall sales growth. Ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance by adhering to Northcott’s Safety & Injury Management Procedures and WH&S standards, minimizing risk and fostering a safe work environment. Build a culturally inclusive customer base by being attuned to the unique needs of customers from Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, or Culturally and Linguistically Diverse backgrounds, resulting in improved customer trust and engagement. Essential Qualification and Experience: I consistently achieve sales targets in a service environment with confidence and dedication.
