Key Responsibilities Engage with existing and prospective High-Net-Worth investors to promote investment opportunities. Identify and approach Family Offices, Wealth Management Platforms, and Financial Advisors. Support the full sales cycle – from prospecting through to closing investments. Assist in developing accurate and persuasive marketing materials and presentations. Conduct market research and due diligence on investors and trends. Maintain compliance with AFSL and AUSTRAC obligations. Build and manage investor relationships, encouraging reinvestment and referrals. Accurately maintain records of communications, transactions, and feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising strategies. Skills & Experience 2 years’ experience in a sales role, ideally within real estate or investment sectors. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong sales acumen. Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities. Advanced Excel skills and comfort with data analysis. Experience with CRM and unit registry systems. Ability to travel interstate for investor meetings. Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in client engagement. Experience in investor relations, equity raising or related financial services is advantageous. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
