What You’ll Do Lead national sales strategy across aged care, healthcare, and employment sectors Drive new market growth and revenue expansion with data-driven decision making Build and manage strategic partnerships with aged care providers, NDIS organisations, and referral networks Oversee sales execution and team performance, managing pipelines, forecasting, and KPIs Guide integrated marketing efforts across digital, brand, and campaign strategy Collaborate with executives to align commercial goals with brand vision and social impact What You’ll Bring Proven success in national sales leadership roles (healthcare/aged care/NDIS/workforce a plus) Strong track record in business development, strategic partnerships, and closing high-value deals Working knowledge of marketing fundamentals and campaign planning Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills Familiarity with compliance (NDIS, Aged Care Quality Standards, WHS, etc.) Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field CRM proficiency and comfortable with sales and marketing automation tools Valid Driver’s License, Police Check, WWCC, and NDIS Screening (or willing to obtain) Why Join Us?
