What You’ll Do: Customer Engagement: Provide professional, friendly support in the showroom as well as on phone and by email. Share expert product knowledge to guide informed customer decisions. Sales Support: Respond to inquiries, issue quotes, and process orders accurately. Assist the Sales Manager and team by managing leads and ensuring smooth workflow. Administration: Update customer databases, coordinate with suppliers, and handle admin tasks to support sales and operations. Teamwork: Work collaboratively to deliver a seamless customer experience and an efficient sales process. Who You Are: Ideally a recent Graduate: In Marketing, Commerce, or Business with experience in sales, retail or customer service. Detail-oriented: Strong eye for design and meticulous in your work. Skilled Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive approach. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with CRM experience a plus. Ability to adapt to new systems. Experience: Background in office furniture, homewares, or a design-oriented field is advantageous. Personality : Someone with high-energy, enthusiastic presence with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. Why This Role?
