Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve national revenue and market share targets across all product lines. Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to exceed individual and collective sales objectives, fostering a high-performance culture. Identify and cultivate key client relationships, including dealers, fleet operators, and corporate partners, to expand market penetration. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales approaches and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and after-sales teams to align sales initiatives with overall brand strategy and customer satisfaction goals. Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes to ensure transparency and informed decision-making. Drive continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and training programs to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
