Description Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a driven Energy Broker to join their Brisbane team, where you'll manage the full sales cycle: Prospect and manage your own pipeline of Commercial and Industrial energy clients. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in mid-to-large businesses. Analyse and negotiate the best energy deal to suit each customer's needs. Share insights and contribute to team success in a collaborative environment. Make 40-50 new business calls per day to generate and qualify leads. Profile Resilient, coachable, and always looking to improve. Passionate about building a career in sales and open to learning. Results-driven with a competitive mindset and hunger to exceed targets. 12 months of outbound B2B or similar sales experience preferred. Strong communicator, confident in dealing with C-level decision-makers. Job Offer $80K-$100K Base Salary Super Uncapped Commission (OTE $140K-$170K). Top earners exceed $250K-$300K per year.
