Project Engineer - Bulk Excavations & Industrial Subdivisions Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline) Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in civil construction Previous exposure to bulk earthworks , civil infrastructure , or industrial subdivision projects preferred About the Role: We're looking for a driven Project Engineer to join a growing team delivering large-scale bulk excavation and industrial subdivision projects. You'll play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing project works to ensure safety, quality, and program targets are met. Key Responsibilities: Review project documentation, including scopes, drawings, and specifications Plan and program construction activities with a focus on efficiency and compliance Attend site regularly to coordinate activities and attend project meetings Prepare and submit documentation including SWMS, methodologies, QA, WHS, and environmental plans Conduct quantity take-offs and procure subcontractor and supplier pricing Raise purchase orders and support procurement in line with budget and schedule Coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, and plant mobilisation Assist in set-out and ensure works conform to design and project tolerances Maintain daily site records - plant, labour, production, and progress Track and report project performance metrics including cost and schedule Support preparation of claims, variations, and EOTs in line with contract conditions Ensure ITPs are followed and all works meet quality and safety standards Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, surveyors, and delivery teams Manage plant approvals, maintenance, and servicing in consultation with management
