Job Description Job details As a key member of our Infrastructure team, you will architect, deploy, and manage the core infrastructure supporting our digital services across physical, virtual, network, and cloud environments. With a strong focus on Microsoft 365, you will lead the design, implementation, optimization, and proactive management of our M365 ecosystem. This critical role ensures the seamless integration and efficient operation of all related services, directly impacting organizational productivity and collaboration. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be vital for quickly identifying and resolving complex technical issues, guaranteeing continuous service delivery. Key duties and responsibilities This role centers on the critical implementation and sustained operation of reliable and high-performing Microsoft 365 services, with a strong emphasis on their interconnectedness with Azure, Entra ID, Graph API, Purview, Power BI, and Copilot. As a Microsoft 365 Engineer, your responsibilities will include the management and maintenance of the M365 environment, adhering strictly to security, organizational, and government regulations. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining essential technical documentation, such as system configurations, operational procedures, and user guides. Qualifications Technical skills Strong knowledge and experience implementing the Microsoft 365 product suite (Azure, Entra ID, Graph API, Purview, Power BI and Copilot). Strong skills in integration across platforms and services, particularly automation and scripting across the M365 and on-premises landscape. Previous Federal Government experience is desirable Desirable criteria Relevant Microsoft certifications in Azure, Entra ID, Graph API, Purview, Power BI and Copilot.
