Sales Consultant — Sydney, Sydney Region

We’re excited to partner with a dynamic education provider offering higher education and vocational courses to both international and domestic students! They are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will primarily focus on outreach to schools, building relationships with career advisers, year advisers, and prospective students to drive enrolments. As the Sales Consultant, you will have excellent communication skills and the confidence to represent the organisation at exhibitions when required. Working closely with sales, marketing, academic, admissions, and student support teams, you will play a key role in facilitating the enrolment process by passing recruited students to the appropriate teams. This is a full-time, permanent role based in the vibrant heart of Sydney CBD, surrounded by great amenities and excellent public transport links. The role: Build relationships with prospective students and career advisors, providing expert guidance over the phone Leverage the CRM system to proactively reach out to and recruit new students, consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure content is tailored and delivered to the right audience, driving engagement Provide insightful reports on performance targets and propose strategies for continuous improvement Organise and attend dynamic workshops, exhibitions, and events, creating impactful opportunities for student engagement Assist in collecting student documents and work hand-in-hand with enrolments to ensure a seamless process post-enrolment Follow up on required documents and payments, ensuring everything is on track for student success Partner with internal teams to maximise recruitment opportunities at open days, campus tours, and school events Offer flexible support and assist with ad hoc tasks as directed by management, contributing to the team’s overall success The ideal candidate: Strong background in sales with a proven ability to achieve results and meet targets Hands-on exposure to organising and managing events, workshops, and exhibitions Proficient in CRM systems, helping you build and maintain strong relationships with prospects Highly skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite, ensuring smooth and efficient operations Exceptional ability to prioritise and manage tasks, delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment Meticulous attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities that ensure accuracy and efficiency Excellent written and verbal communication skills, making it easy for you to connect and engage with a wide range of audiences What's in it for you?
